INVITATION

Welcome to The 17th Asian Symposium on Visualization

Chair
President. ITO, Shinichiro
The ASV (Asian Symposium on Visualization) is an international conference established by the Visualization Society of Japan, and is currently hosted by a committee of Asian countries on a rotating basis. Visualization technology provides powerful tools for scientific research. As a leading international symposium focusing on advances in visualization methods and their applications, especially in fluid dynamics, the ASV has been held continuously for nearly 30 years. Following the trend of the previous symposiums, ASV17 is expected to provide a platform for the exchange of visualization techniques in a wide range of fields. The symposium aims to contribute to all areas of visualization methods and techniques and their applications. Suggested presentation topics are listed below. The symposium also provides opportunities for students from many Asian countries to present their research.
